Abstract: FarmLink is a digital platform that connects producers and customers via a marketplace to reduce market inefficiencies, ensure fair pricing, and increase transparency in the supply chain. Key features include user registration, product listing, agent management, order processing, and secure payments. A survey-based study (63 respondents) informed the design and validated FarmLink's potential to improve market access for producers and simplify purchasing for customers.
